Robert C. Lowe

Robert C. Lowe, a resident of Cocoa, Florida, passed away on December 26, 2018 at the age of 88.  Born in Boston, he was the son of Seward A. and Mary E. (Davie) Lowe.   Mr. Lowe was a former resident of Dedham and was  employed by the Town of Dedham working as a school custodian and member of the Allin Congregational Church before moving to Florida.  He was a veteran of the United States Navy during the Korean war and a member of the USS Jacob Jones, VFW Post 2017, Dedham.

Mr. Lowe was the beloved husband of Norma E. (Washington) and dear father of Cheryl Cummins of Dedham, Robert W. Lowe of Norwood and Valerie Stivaletta of Montana.  He was the brother of Jeannette Holmes of Milford and the late Elizabeth McLeod.   Grandfather of Cynthia D’Antona, Warren Cummins, Tanya O’Brien, Alicia Lowe and Jeff and Sean Stivaletta.   He is also survived by his great grandchildren Mason and James Cummins, Guy and Ava D’Antona and Cody and Cameron O’Brien.

Service and interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be sent to the MSPCA (Angell Memorial), 350 So. Huntington Ave., Boston, 02130.
