Richard F. Estano, a resident of Quincy died Saturday December 13th, 2008 at Faulkner Hospital. He was 59. He was born in Boston, a son of the late Richard C. & Louise F. (Sullivan)  Estano. He grew up in Weymouth and graduated from the Weymouth Vocational Technical High School.  Rick entered into the Sheet Metal workers union and worked in the field for Cox Engineering till the mid 1970’s. He then went on the road working in the concert music industry. Rick worked with Crosby, Stills & Nash, Joni Mitchell, the Beach Boys and Neal Diamond. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and spending time with friends. He was the big brother of John A & Stephen G. Estano, both of Weymouth, Janet Brock of Bridgewater and the late Mary Estano, and the dear uncle of Jason Estano, Kristina Brock, Megan VanAtta, Ryan & Adam Estano. The father of 3 sons, he shares the same date of death with his son David J. Estano 37 years later. Rick enjoyed the ultimate friendship of Gail Calhoon Bongazone of Weymouth, and his childhood friend Robert “Bones” Schleiff.  Visiting hours will be held Friday December 19th from 4 to 7 PM at Folsom Funeral Home, 87 Milton St., Dedham. Funeral services will be held immediately following at 7pm.  Burial will be private. Donations in Rick’s memory may be made to the Anchor Inn MTHP, c/o Pine Street Inn, P.O. Box 240, North Quincy, MA 02171.
