Pauline M. Watson

Pauline Marion (Obernesser) Watson, a longtime resident of Dedham, died Thursday, June 23, 2022 at her apartment at Tradition in Dedham. She was 96. Pauline was born February 20, 1926 in Boston, Massachusetts, a daughter of Paul Richard and Hedwig Marie (Stengal) Obernesser, immigrants from Germany. She was a graduate of Girls Latin High School in Boston and worked in the healthcare industry doing medical data entry. Pauline also volunteered as a warden and poll worker at the elections in the Town of Dedham. Pauline was the wife of the late George Allen Watson who predeceased her in 1984, and the sister of the late Marie Wade. She is survived by her children, Richard A. Watson, and his wife Pamela, of St. Charles, Illinois, Candace M. Ellis, and her husband Fred, of Dedham, Karen P. Logiudice, of Aurora, Illinois, and David McFarland, and his wife Donna, of Walpole. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren; Amanda, Jessica, Victoria, Frederick, Charles, Dominic, Lia, Meghan, and Michael; as well as her two great grandchildren, Carter and Cole. Services and interment will be private.
