Patricia Ann (Corey) Spicer, a longtime resident of Dedham, died Sunday, May 30th, 2010 at her home in Dedham after a long illness.  She was 71.  Patricia was born March 10, 1939 in Boston, Massachusetts, the only daughter of Joseph and Ann (Connolly) Corey.  She grew up in South Boston and, after high school, worked as a stitcher and seamstress for Silin Manufacturing and Drago Manufacturing of Boston, for 10 years.  Patricia was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union (ILGW).  She married her husband of 47 years, William Stuart Spicer and had fours sons; William J. Spicer, and his wife Susan, of York, Maine, Thomas H. Spicer, and his wife, Doreen, of Syracuse, New York, Patrick M.picer of Dedham, and Joseph J. Spicer of Dedham.  In addition to her husband and sons she is survived by her brother, Thomas R. Corey, and his wife Linda, of Quincy; her brother-in-law, Joseph C. Spicer, and his wife Susan, of Chelmsford; her nieces, Pamela J. Mason and Patricia J. Spicer; and her beloved grandchildren, Cody W., Danielle S., Jessica, Courtney, and Kyle.  Visiting hours will be held Thursday June 3rd from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Folsom Funeral Home, 87 Milton Street, Dedham.  Relatives and friends will gather at the funeral home Friday at 8 AM and proceed to St. Anne’s Church, 82 West Milton Street, Readville for her Mass of Christian Burial at 9 o clock.  Intombment in Blue Hills Cemetery in Braintree will follow.  Flowers are appreciated or donations may be made to St. Jude’s Childrens Research Hospital, PO Box 50, Memphis, TN, 38101-9929
