None Margarita Gonzalez

Margarita Gonzalez, a resident of Roslindale, died on January 31, 2011 surrounded by her family. She was 86.  Mrs. Gonzalez was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic to the late Domingo Malmar and Oliva (Nunez) Diaz.   She attended Sacred Heart Church and according to her family was deeply religious.  This was something they were very proud of.  She was an extremely strong person, especially during her illness.  Her greatest joy was her family and loved spending time with them.  She was the beloved wife of the late Hector Gonzalez and loving mother of Nelson Torres Nunez of the Dominican Republic, Tania Duarte and Maria Baez, both of Roslindale and Milagros Nunez of the Dominican Republic.  She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, February 9 at 10 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 169 Cummins Hywy, Roslindale.  Burial will be private.  Visiting hours are Tuesday, from 4 to 8 PM at the Folsom Funeral Home, 63 Belgrade Ave., Roslindale.
