None Eleanor Bjornson

Eleanor A. (Arvidson) Bjornson, a longtime resident of West Roxbury, passed away on August 15, 2023.  She was 92 years old. Eleanor was born in Lynn, MA, on May 26, 1931, and was the daughter of the late Einar and Ella (Olson) Arvidson, and was the sister of the late Alice A. Mitchell. She was the loving wife of the late George T. Bjornson, who passed away in 2008, and the mother of David G. Bjornson and his wife Patricia, of Walpole, Ma.  She is also survived by her two beloved grandchildren, Nicholas and Alexander Bjornson, and her nieces Lynne Sugar of Pepperel, Ma, Laurie Brockelman of Fitzwilliam, NH, and Jane Ash of Gloucester, Ma.

Visitation for Eleanor will be held on Monday, August 21, 2023 from 4-7 PM at the Folsom Funeral Home, 87 Milton St, Dedham.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 24 Berwick St, Norwood MA 02062 at 10AM.
