None Dorothy Nelson

Dorothy A.E. Nelson passed away at her home on July 14th. She was born on June 14, 1921 to Albert and Agnes (Bjurstrom). Dorothy found success through her career as a banker at the Bank of Boston, where she was employed for 47 years. She was the first female Vice President of the Bank, and the Vice President of the Leasing Department. Dorothy is survived by her sister Esther Carlson of Indianapolis, Indiana, and by many nieces and nephews and several grandnieces and grandnephews. She is predeceased by her brothers Ralph, Howard, Robert and Walter. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service Tuesday July 26th at 11 am at the Forest Hills Cemetery, 95 Forest Hills Avenue, Boston. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospice of the Good Shepherd, 2042 Beacon Street, Newton, MA 02468, or The Community Covenant Church, 33 Lake Street, W. Peabody, MA 01960 would be appreciated.
