None Anita Kaufman

Anita Kaufman, age 97.  Born February 11, 1920 to Eugene Tremblay and Marie (Lemay) Tremblay.  Grew up on a farm in Bedford, N.H. with 6 siblings.  The one remaining sister, Irene, lives in Brea, CA.  She married William Kaufman August 25, 1942  and had 3 children; David, Deborah and Diane.  There are 3 grandchildren; Douglas and Julie Winthrop and James Beggan III.  She was happily married for 62 yrs. until William’s death in 2004.  She lived most of her life in Dedham, MA until the last 13 yrs. she lived with her daughter and son-in-law, Diane and  James Beggan and  their son Jimmy in Hull, Ma.  She loved caring for Jimmy as a youngster and was more than happy to have him as an excuse for playing ball and sledding again.  She truly loved all her grandchildren and extended family.   Anita was happiest when fishing on Great East Lake, Wakefield, N.H. from her boat “LuLu” (which was her husband’s pet name for her).  She spent many hours with her peers at  the Sr. Center in Hull chatting, crafting, playing cards, etc. and loved telling a joke (many times over).  She will be greatly missed.  Services will be private
