Nancy R. Parsons

Nancy Ruth (Waechter) Parsons, a longtime resident of Walpole, died Sunday, July 1, 2018 at the Ellis Nursing Home in Norwood.  She was 84.  Nancy was born Jan 30, 1934 in Norwood, Massachusetts, the daughter of Peter H. and Ruth (Sampson) Waechter.  She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and worked for many years as a clerk at CVS.  Nancy was the wife of the late Howard Francis Parsons, who predeceased her in 2014, and the sister of the late Daniel Waechter.  She is survived by her two sons, Steven H. Parsons of Foxboro, and his former wife Andrea Carroll of West Bridgewater, and Scott B. Parsons, and his wife Barbara, of Wakefield, NH, as well as her three grandchildren, Paige, Olivia, and Tess.  After cremation, private interment was in Rural Cemetery in Walpole.
