Michael J. Dimarzio

Michael John DiMarzio, a  resident of Tewksbury, died Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the Tewksbury State Hospital.  He was 59.  Michael was born March 28, 1960 in Hyde Park, Massachusetts, the son of Edward James Sr and Helen Loretta (Salvucci) DiMarzio.  He graduated from Hyde Park High School and did a tour of duty in the US Army before working as a laborer in the road construction industry.  Michael enjoyed cars, singing and renovating houses.  He is survived by his wife, Karen Lynne (Anderson) DiMarzio; his two sons, Michael J. and Anthony DiMarzio; his three grandchildren, Aisha, Emily, and Noah DiMarzio; his four sisters, Helen Prive, Elaine DiMarzio, Diane Hendershott, and Anita Conti; and his four brothers, Daniel, James, Edward and Paul DiMarzio.  Visiting hours will be held Friday, May 24, 2019 from 4 to 8 pm at the Folsom Funeral Home, 87 Milton Street, Dedham followed by a funeral service at 8 o clock.  Interment will be private.  Donations in Michael’s memory to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America, 505 Eighth Avenue, Suite 902, New York City, New York,10018 would be appreciated.
