M. Stephanie Muirhead

Mary Stephanie Muirhead, of Walpole, and formerly of Dedham, died Friday, January 7, 2011 at the Harrington House in Walpole.  She was 75.  Stephanie was born March 13, 1935 in Boston, Massachusetts, the only daughter of Stephen S. and Mary E. (Styles) Muirhead.  She was the sister of the late David F. Muirhead and the niece of the late Elizabeth Provasoli. Stephanie was a graduate of Boston College and of the Faulkner Hospital School of Nursing.  She worked as an anesthesiologist and nurse at both the Faulkner and Carney Hospitals. Stephanie is survived by her uncle Charles Provasoli of Deland, Florida and her cousin Beverly A. Riddoch of Norfolk.  Services and interment in Brookdale Cemetery in Dedham will be private.
