Lilly Evelyn (Enroth) Johnson, a longtime resident of Jamaica Plain, died Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston after a brief illness.  She was 90.  Lilly was born September 2, 1923 in Boston, Massachusetts, a daughter of Gustav and Alma (Persson) Enroth, immigrants from Sweden.  She graduated from Jamaica Plain High School and worked briefly as a clerk at the Massachusetts Statehouse.  Lilly spent the greater part of her career working as the Church Secretary at the Covenant Congregational Church in Forest Hills where she was also a lifelong member.  Lilly was the wife of the late Erick Arthur Johnson who predeceased her in 2011.  She is survived by her son, David A. Johnson, and his wife Ann L., of East Bridgewater; her two daughters, Carolyn J. Paul of West Roxbury, and her late husband Victor, and Elaine J. Spangler, and her husband Dennis, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; her sister, Edith V. Guditz, and her husband Al, of Lincoln; five grandchildren, Kirsten A. Langdon, and her husband Jay, Erick R. Johnson, and his wife Trisha, Daniel J. Spangler, and his wife Tracie, Liesel J. Spangler, and Christopher Tisbert; and her great granddaughter, Charlotte Evelyn Langdon.  Visiting hours will be held Friday, March 14th from 5 to 8 PM at the Folsom Funeral Home, 63 Belgrade Avenue, Roslindale.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Saturday at 2 PM at the Covenant Congregational Church, 455 Arborway, Forest Hills followed by burial at Forest Hills Cemetery.  A reception will follow back at the church. In lieu of flowers donations to the Covenant Congregational Church, 455 Arborway, Forest Hills, MA 02130 would be appreciated.
