Kathleen G. Beal

Kathleen Gail  “Kitty” (Jackson) Beal, a resident of Westwood for 63 years, died Monday, January 14, 2013 at her home in Westwood.  She was 85.  Kathleen was born October 6, 1927  in Exeter, New Hampshire, a daughter of Leroy Evans and Blanche Ellen (Jenness) Jackson.  She graduated form Wellesley High School with the Class of 1945.  Kathleen was the wife of 65 years of Edward Stone “Ted” Beal, and the mother of Elizabeth, and her husband Donald Towne, of Norwood.  She is also survived by her grandchildren Edward Stone Towne of West Palm Beach, Florida, and Jeffrey Elliot Towne of Taunton; her brother, Gordon T. Jackson of Medfield; and her sister, Beverly Ann Schoenfeld of Killington, Vermont.  She was the sister of the late Leroy E. Jackson, Jr., Philip E. Jackson, and Robert W. Jackson.  Services and interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers donations to Home Helpers, 866 Washington Street, Canton, MA 02021 would be appreciated.
