Judith Grace Craffey, a long time resident of Dedham, died Saturday, October 22, 2011, at the Faulkner Hospital in Boston, after a long illness. She was 41 years old. She was lovingly known as Judy to her family and friends. Judy was born in Boston and was a devoted daughter to the late Gerald and Maureen J. (Wessels) Craffey. Judy enjoyed spending time with her family and her greatest joy was her son Sean, her niece Jennifer Stallings, and her nephews James and Thomas Stallings. She loved to bowl, and go to the movies and amusement parks. Judy was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Dedham. She is survived by her beloved “husband” and companion Steven Klempa of Dedham; her loving son Sean Klempa of Dedham; her older sister Susan M. Brobst and her husband William of Dedham; and her older brother Gerald Craffey. She is also survived by many other relatives. Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours Monday, October 31, 2011, at Folsom Funeral Home, 87 Milton Street, Dedham from 10 am – 11:45 am. A graveside service will be held at 12 pm at Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham. In lieu of flowers donations in Judy’s memory may be made to her family and would be greatly appreciated.
