John S. “Steve” Novick

John “Steve, Bravo” Novick of Roslindale, formerly of Norwood passed away at his home on June 20th.  He was 53.  Son of the late John A. and Helen (Tulysewski) Novick, and former husband of Lynn A. (Bryan) of Norwood.  He was the brother of the late Gail E. Novick of Durham, NC.  He is survived by  his sister Leslie Tracey of North Attleboro, his daughter Crystal Chartier of Walpole, and his two grandchildren Anthony Novick and Shannon Chartier.  Also survived by his niece Meredith Harriss of Richmond, Virginia; his nephew, Scott Tracey of Sandwich, and many friends. He enjoyed fixing old cars and motorcycles.   Visitation with his family will be held Friday, June 26th from 4-5 PM at the May Funeral Home, 85 Nichols Street, Norwood, MA.  Services and interment will be private.
