Barbara Rose Carter

Barbara R. (Christel) Carter of Dedham died on Apr. 23, 2015 at her home in Dedham . She was the beloved wife of the late Edwin A. Carter, loving mother of Edwin A. Carter of Franklin, Mark E. Carter of Greece, Sheila A. Carter of Dedham and Lisa L. Carter of New Mexico, and dear sister of Rita Knouse of PA.  Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  Services and interment were private.  In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
