Rudy will be sorely missed. He always had a cheerful greeting and caring, devoted heart. I enjoyed his memorable witty storytelling and company on many arduous stagehand gigs. May he rest in peace in the comfort of our Lord’s hands.

Rudy had a very special soul. He was wise about people, always had the right words or story to touch your heart. He made people feel cared about because he always talked to YOU. He wasn’t sharing stories to boast, but to connect. As soon as I saw Rudy on a work call, my day immediately improved, because I would instantly look forward to talking with him. He was like a brother to me as well as a a true union brother.

I miss you, brother. I told you I was worried about you, and it would break my heart when you left, but I guess you came, you put on your show, and it was time to hit the road. When our roads cross again, I’ll be expecting one of your big hugs. Bye for now, bro.

    Love, sister Tracy J Cassidy
