Claire Janice (Hennessey) Boari, a resident of Westwood for 45 years, died Monday, December 17, 2018 at the Winchester Hospital.  She was a resident at the Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for the past few years. Claire was 91.  Born July 16, 1927 in Boston, Massachusetts, Claire was the daughter of Ralph Joseph and Mary Agnes (Callahan) Hennessey.  She graduate from Sargent College at Boston University with her Bachelors degree and worked as a teacher until her marriage to Robert Donald Boari, who predeceased her in 2010.  Claire was a member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed travel and spending time with her grandchildren.  She is survived by her three sons, Douglas R. Boari, and his wife Mary Ann, of Woburn, Gregg R. Boari, and his wife Susan, of Burlington, and Peter D. Boari, and his wife Stacy, of Plainville; and her seven grandchildren, Micayla, Adam, Zachary, Drew, Amanda, Sarah, and Ryan.  Claire was the sister of the late Ruthjane Robitaille, and the late Mary Agnes Hennessey.  Visiting hours will be held Thursday December 20th from 4 to 8 pm at the Folsom Funeral Home, 649 High Street, Westwood.  Relatives and friends will gather at the funeral home starting at 10 am Friday and proceed with us to St. Denis Church, 157 Washington Street, Islington for her funeral mass at 11 o clock.  Interment will follow at the New Westwood Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
