    Becky,
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. The community of Jackson pond and myself (and Jazzy) will miss him terribly. He was always so happy and cheerful when he walked the street. I will miss that!
Please know we are all here to help anyway we can.

    to the Saunder’s family,

My family could have been Sandy’s longest active clients. I was a teenager when he and Bill King moved into our third floor apartment on Brimmer St.on Beacon Hill. Pretty sure my parents started a relationship with him soon after that. My interactions started somewhat later, after my father’s stroke , and continued over close to 50 years. Always available, and although he may not have agreed with me , he always gave me good reasoning why. He also had a rare gift, for a trust lawyer especially, of a twinkle in his eye , and a rare sense of humor. I shall miss that , and him greatly.

Becky, I am shocked at Sandy’s death. It makes me realize again that nothing is forever. I still remember the two of you taking me down the Skookumchuck trail after an AMC outing at Greenleaf. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Ruth

    Becky, and all the Saunderses,
Lindsey and I were so sad to hear the news of Sandy. We have so many fond memories of him and his great smile and sense of fun. We and the boys have the same passion for the AMC, the people it connects, and the good it does for our world. We know Sandy has donned his knickers and wool socks to take off on a great long hike!
