Longval, Mary P.
Mary Phyllis (Alberto) Longval passed away on February 8, 2016 at the age of 73. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of Frank and Felicia (Vngaro) Alberto. The beloved wife of Norman R. Longval of Dedham and the loving mother of David Longval and his wife Cathy of Medway, Debra Murphy and her husband John of Norwood, Normajean Longval of Norwood, Michael Longval and his wife Noura of Millis and Teresa Gagliard and her husband Peter of Norwood. Sister of Louie Alberto of Florida, Frances Fish of Easton, Ann Sarto of Dedham, Florence Dwyer of Hull and the late Vera Alberto and Dolly McDonald. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral from the funeral home on Friday at 8AM at 87 Milton St. in Dedham followed by a mass of Christian burial at 9AM at St. Mary’s Church, 420 High St., Dedham. Interment will be at 2:15 at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne. Visiting hours will be on Thursday from 4 to 8PM. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.

I will remember my Aunt Mary as a very kind and beautiful person, a great cook, and a wonderful dancer. As an Aunt she made my world a better place. Our thoughts and prayers are with my Uncle Norman, my Cousins and their families. Mark and Ping Longval
