Arsenault, Ora A.
Ora A. Arsenault (Marcellino), a long time resident of Dedham passed away on April 17, 2015 at the age of 84. Born in Rumford, Maine she was the daughter of Antonio and Rachael (Cipriani) Marcellino. She was a graduate of Stephen’s High School, Class of 1948 in Rumford. Before her retirement, Mrs. Arsenault worked in the cafeteria at Dedham High School and the Oakdale School. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary #2017 in Dedham and also volunteered her time at the VA Hospital to play bingo with the veterans. She enjoyed bowling and was an avid knitter.
Ora was the beloved wife of the late Richard “Dick” Arsenault. Together they raised 5 five children. She is survived by Donna M. Ciollo and her husband Peter of Hyde Park, Paul R. Arsenault of Florida and Mark A. Arsenault, also of Florida, Debra A. DeRosa and her late husband Christopher of Stoughton and Lisa M. Leitao and her husband Michael of Dedham. She was the sister of Tony Marcellino of Peterborough, NH, Richard Marcellino of Gardiner, Maine, Joseph Marcellino of Rumford, Maine and the late Joseph Marcellino. A proud grandmother of Rachel and Brigett Ciollo, Paul Arsenault, Jr., Maria DeRosa and Kyle, Maya and Gianna Leitao. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 10 AM at the funeral home at 87 Milton St. in Dedham followed by interment in Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton. Visiting hours are scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2015 from 4 to 8PM. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284.
