Weckbacher, Mildred “Millie”
Mildred “Millie” M. (Petrucci) Weckbacher, of Dedham, passed away on March 14 surrounded by her loving family. Millie was the wife of the late Frederick G. Weckbacher and the dear mother of Frederick, and his wife Diane, of Foxboro, and Marlene Toti, and her husband Lenny, of Dedham. She was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Mary (Santilli) Petrucci . Mildred was the dear sister of Albert Petrucci of Westwood, Joseph Petrucci of NH, the late Mary DeFrancisco, Anna McHugh, Angelo Francis, Steve and John Petrucci, and Salvatore Petrucci, Jr. She was also survived by her grandchildren, Michael and Melissa Toti, and Jason Weckbacher; 2 great grandchildren; the late Frederick Lane; many nieces, nephews; and her sisters-in-law. Millie loved her Tuesday night quilting and her game nights on Wednesdays. She would head down to Florida every winter and loved golfing, bocce, going for coffee every day with the ladies, and most importantly, her family.
Millie’s visiting hours will be held Tuesday, March 17th from 4-8 PM at the Folsom Funeral Home, 87 Milton St., Dedham. Relatives and friends will gather at the funeral home Weds at 8 am and proceed to St. Anne’s Church, 82 West Milton St., Readville for her Mass of Christian Burial at 9 o clock. Interment will follow in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Lung Association, 460 Totten Pond Rd., Waltham, MA 02451 would be appreciated.
Millie was a wonderful person
often made me laugh, smile and feel good about myself.
I was grateful to have known her and will miss her.
