Dear Maria, you will be missed so much. We remember your strength, courage, and graciousness always, and impressively even in the worst times.
Love and sympathy to Melvyn, Andrea, and all who cared for you. You will never be forgotten.
Melvyn and Andrea: Maria was a very special lady with a great smile, sense of humor and a gentleness beyond belief.
She is sorely missed by her friends, colleagues and patients. May she rest in God’s graces.

I met Maria and Melvyn only a couple of times with my late husband Trevor (first cousin to Melvyn). I always remember her as a very special lady, very wise with a great sense of humor. I will always cherish the fun time we spent with Melvyn and Maria in Boston several years ago. I will remember her dearly. Rest in peace Maria. My two daughters, Lynn, Kristine and myself offer our sincere condolences to Melvyn and Andrea. Moira D’Souza, Danville, CA
