Jacobs, Lori Ann
Lori Ann Jacobs, a resident of Westwood, and formerly of Norwood, died Monday, November 19th in Raleigh, North Carolina. She was 45. Lori was born March 20, 1967 in Norwood, Massachusetts, a daughter of William Francis Charles and Alice Ann (Comeau) Jacobs. She graduated from Westwood High School with the Class of 1985. Lori worked for Republic Plumbing in Norwood for over 10 years in various secretarial and administrative positions before starting her own cleaning business where she worked for over 20 years. Lori loved gardening, travelling, decorating for ANY holiday, motorcycle riding, and long conversations on the phone with her friends and family. She also enjoyed dancing, the beach, and was known for taking in stray animals to care for along with her own pets. Lori was also a volunteer at the Norwood Food Pantry for many years. She is survived by her parents, Bill Jacobs of Westwood, and Alice A. Crawford of Raleigh, North Carolina; her sister, Sue Marshalsea, and her husband Ron, of Norwood; and her nephew, Ronnie Marshalsea. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service Thursday, November 29th at 11 AM at the First Baptist Church of Westwood, 808, High St, Westwood. Private interment will be in the family lot at Forest Hills Cemetery in Boston. In lieu of flowers donations in Lori’s memory to the Norwood Food Pantry, 150 Chapel Street, Norwood, MA 02062 would be appreciated.

Dear Bill, I didn’t see this notice about the memorial service until Thurs. night. I would have been there. I am so sorry. As I told you on Sat., I loved Lori. Norman and I are so sorry to hear of Lori’s passing. We had many good times, Randy and Lori and Norman and I when the boys lived in Foxboro and Norwood. She always had a smile on her face and kept us laughing. She had a good heart. RIP Lori, prayers to your family.
