White, Lorraine
Lorraine Lillian (Sears) Guimond White, a resident of Jamaica Plain for the past eight years, and formerly of Dorchester, died Saturday, February 4th, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Mecial Center in Brighton. She was 83. Lorraine was born April 23, 1928 in Nova Scotia, the daughter of John and Aneta Sears. She grew up in Roxbury, and then moved to Dorchester where she raised her family. Lorraine is survived by her daughter, Beverly Saulnier of Hamton, New Hampshire; her six sons, Thomas S. White Jr. of Florida, Robert R. White of Maryland, Richard F. White of Fall River, Joseph E. White of Norwood, John E. White of Roslindale, and Roger W. White of Quincy; her eleven grandchildren, Joshua, Ricky, Lorraine, Jason, Ryan, Eric, Jared, Julia, Roger Jr., Charlie and Christina; and her six great grandchildren, Shawn, Calib, Alisa, Paitynn, Johnny, and Lyla. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 5 to 9 PM at the Folsom Funeral Home, 63 Belgrade Avenue, Roslindale. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service Wednesday at 11 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
