To the Hibbard family:
My condolences on your loss. Although I did not know John, I knew two of his children and am sure that they will miss their father.
David Bryant (classmate of Sally at DHS)
My condolences to all of John’s family. I worked with John from 1964 until his retirement. For many years we would walk together during our lunch period around the local streets in Dedham and he would point out points of interest in the community. He loved his family dearly and was a valued employee of the Norfolk&Dedham Group for many years. Although I had not seen John for some years we always exchanged Christmas cards.John was very proud of all his children and grandchildren and took great pleasure in there accomplishments.
Most Sincerely,
James L. DiPucchio
To the Hibbard Family:
Please accept my deepest sympathy. Your Dad was truly a fine gentleman whom all of us neighbors will miss greatly. I knew both of your parents from the age of 12. During WW2, when he was in the service and your mother had moved in with your grandparents on Durant Avenue, I babysat Sally. I had many lengthy conversations with yout father about what was going on in government
–federal, state and particularly local. I miss his walking down Durant Avenue and stopping to talk, but I am glad that he is now at peace and with your Mom whom he missed so much.
To Sally and the Hibbard Family:
Your Dad will be missed by all who knew him, especially those old and dear friends at Allin. Your folks were most kind to my Mother in her later years, Sally, and I will never forget their consideration. Now they are together again and can continue their long journey at leisure.
To Nancy and the Hibbard family. I didn’t have the pleasure of knowing your parents, but my friendship with you reveals what loving and admirable people they were. What a tribute to their commitment to each other and their family, and what treasured memories for you to keep! With my deepest sympathy, Rose
Please accept my sincerest condolences for the loss of your Dad. I will always remember all of the time I spent with your Mom and Dad while visiting with Sue “back in the day”. Good times and such nice parents…
May he rest in peace and always be in your best memories.
Karen (Brady) Johnson
