Barbara Marie (Conley) Conley, a resident of Quincy, and formerly of Dedham, died Monday, December 18, 2023 at the Hebrew Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston. She was 86. Barbara was born June 21, 1937 in Boston, Massachusetts, a daughter of John Joseph and Catherine Frances (Flaherty) Conley. She worked as a cafeteria server for Canteen Corporation of Needham. She was also an active member, and former President, of her Senior Community. Barbara loved family cookouts, playing cards, attending Bingo, and trips to Foxwoods and Cape Cod. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends for her quick wit and her sense of humor.

Barbara is survived by her three sons, Stephen M. Conley, and his spouse Scott Batey, of Hyde Park, Kevin J. Conley, and his wife Jacqueline, of Dedham, and Kenneth Kelley, and his wife Sheryl, of Arkansas; her daughter, Diane Marie Conley, and her fiancé Arthur Roberts, of Braintree; her brother, Robert Conley of Cohasset; her sister Geraldine Henault of Quincy; her three grandchildren, Colin Kelley, and his wife Amanda, Rory Kelley, and Katie Caulkins, and her husband Brian; as well as six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Lorraine Raymond, Kathleen Paulson, June Glenn, and Arlene Coolen.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, December 22nd from 4 to 7pm at the Folsom Funeral Home, 87 Milton Street, Dedham. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Saturday, December 23rd at 10 am at the funeral home followed by interment in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St, Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-9959, would be appreciated.
