Bobbitt, R. Bruce
Richard Bruce Bobbitt, a lifelong resident of Dedham, died Saturday, May 14, 2022 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Needham after a brief illness. He was 70. Bruce was born June 11, 1951 in Boston, Massachusetts, a son of Richard Beverly and Natalie Grace (Belyea) Bobbitt. He is survived by two sisters, N. Susanne Bobbitt of Dedham, and Virginia K. Bobbitt of Portland, Maine, and a brother Andrew E. Bobbitt, and his wife Donna, of Norwood. He was the brother of the late Douglas M. Bobbitt. A graveside service will be held Thursday, May 19th at 2 pm at Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford. Bruce’s Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 21st at 11 am at the Allin Congregational Church, 683 High Street, Dedham. In lieu of flowers donations to SNARC, 789 Clapboardtree Street, Westwood, MA 02090 would be appreciated.

So sorry to hear of Bruce’s passing. I remember him as he was a neighbor of ours many years ago. He was also a friend of my sister, Leslie Cusack. May he test in peace and fly with the angels.
