Ajede, Alexander
Alexander I. Ajede, of Medford, and formerly of Boston, passed away on November 28, 2021 at the age of 32. Born on May 5, 1989, he is the beloved son of Mrs. Tina Ata Ajede of Boston, and the late Mr. Lawrence Onojie Ajede. He leaves behind his siblings: Mavis, Mary, Augusta, Isimeme, Omohan, Iduowa, Enahoro, Felix and Tina. His cousins Frank Jr., Ozzy, Jolli and Edwin. He is also survived by his nieces Eva, Alora and Lexi- oghogho and his nephews Stephon, XO, Ethan, Aiden and David.
Alex attended West Roxbury High school while living in Hyde Park. He furthered his education at Bridgewater State University where he studied Literary Arts. He also studied Professional Writing at Fitchburg State University. Most recently, he worked in the service industry until his passing. Alex greatly enjoyed watching Amin movies, with his favorites being Bersek, Vinland and Invicible. He also enjoyed being able to travel and was able to visit Europe several times. Alex enjoyed outdoor sports, especially boxing, where we took such an interest that he even tried out for MMA boxing. He also enjoyed basketball and his favorite basketball team was the LA Clippers. As much as Alex enjoyed sports and travel, one of his favorite things to do was to spend time with his beautiful nieces and nephews. They would often take him out to their favorite place.
Visitation for Alexander will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 9-10AM, at the Folsom Funeral Home, 63 Belgrade Ave., Roslindale, MA 02131, followed by a funeral at the funeral home at 10AM. Masks are required at the funeral home. Interment to follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Roslindale.
Alex, I miss you so much. Talking to you about life, politics and particularly trying to develop new tech device that will yield financial independence. Thank you for the time and love you have spent and shown me in the past few years. Its been a tough road but you have managed to succeed. May you be at peace with God our father. Love you always .

My Alexander, my pride, Alex my hero. I was so glad you came. You brought joy and fulfillment to my life and marriage. My Big Daddy, my papa, my handsome. My son, your life is memorable and was meaningful to me in every way, especially the little secrets shared between mother and son. I love you my son and I will always and forever have you in my heart. You impacted several lives positively, you served and gave with enthusiasm. You took care of others selflessly. Nothing can take your place In my heart. You are mine, and we shall meet again to Part no more. Farewell my son. Rest in the bosom of the Lord. You are not dead but sleeping. I will miss your dimpled smile. I will miss your words of encouragement. I will miss your hugs that gave me motherly fulfillment. Thank you for the love and care you accorded.
My son, you were a person who sought to promote the welfare of others. My son, you had a golden heart, may all your generosity, and kindness in all its forms bring your perfect Soul into the Lord’s bossom. A charitable Foundation will be Raised in your name to keep your memory alive. God-bless you my son as he loves you.
My heart goes out to your whole family as you cope with this tragic loss. Alex sounds like one of the true greats…a renaissance man! Gone so soon, What a big loss to the whole family and humanity as a whole, I never met you in person but all I have heard about you and your achievements at such a young age testifies to what kind of person you are. May the resurrection hope comfort all that you touched.

Alex was one of the most insightful person I met in college. Our conversations at Fitchburg’s dinning hall about anime, travelling, parkour, and life are among my most treasured memories. I am grateful to have met him and want to thank his family for raising such an amazing man. My sincerely condolences to his loved ones. Rest in peace, mate.
Alex, you were an absolutely amazing human filled with so much light and positivity! You will be missed by so many! It was an honer to know you and go to school with you!
