Alderman, Edward L.
Edward Lawrence Alderman, a lifelong Dedham resident, died Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the Faulkner Hospital in Boston. He was 69. Edward was born December 1, 1951 in Boston, Massachusetts, a son of John and Ginger Ragusa. He was a graduate of Dedham High School and worked as the general manager for a firm hat printed circuit boards. Edward loved riding motorcycles, and enjoyed fishing, gardening and woodworking. He was the husband of the late Gail Ann (Fowler) Alderman who predeceased him in 2020. Edward is survived by his son, Keith P. Fowler, and his wife Nikki, of California; his grandchildren, Kristina and Kevin Fowler; his sister, Ann Caliri; and two brothers, Frank Alderman of Halifax, and Bobby Alderman of Canton. Visiting hours will be held Friday, October 1, 2021 from 4 to 7 pm at the Folsom Funeral Home, 87 Milton Street, Dedham. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home Saturday, October 2nd starting at 8 am and process with us to St. Mary’s Church, 420 High Street, Dedham for his Mass of Christian Burial at 9 o clock. Interment will follow in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham. Donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105-9959 would be appreciated.
